Los Defensores is a brand with more than 38 years that connects Hispanics (who suffered an accident) with Lawyers with whom they have agreements.
Our Objective was to help them develop and monetize the META channel in 3 months. Among the challenges, it was also making itself known in the Texas market and growing its participation in other states in META.
We designed a variety of creative assets in different formats, focusing on video and illustrations to showcase our messages, making them easy to understand and visually appealing to Hispanic audiences.
We developed the communication strategy of the Ads, towards 3 markets: Spanish-dominant, English-dominant, and bicultural, taking into account their pain points and needs when having an accident.
We optimized the placements in Meta, leaving only those that had the best conversion, we added new campaign objectives with Inbox Leads and we did a creative test with division by states. Additionally, we structure campaigns in a more sophisticated way, testing new audiences and breaking down LALs.
We achieved profitability in the first 2 months in Texas and California.
