02Method

The OrangeMethod.

Ten years of growing brands left us with a system. Here it is in full: how we think, how we test, what we measure and why it works.

00The principle

Branding or sales, the goal is alwaysgrowth.

01

We measure from day one

Before spending the first dollar: pixels, Conversions API, UTMs and a connected CRM. What isn't measured can't be improved.

02

We test everything

Nobody knows in advance which ad will win. We do know how to find it fast: constant A/B tests, one variable at a time.

03

One team

Strategy, creative, media and data at the same table. No middlemen between the idea and the sale.

01The cycle

A cycle thatnever ends.

  1. 01 · Brand impact

What to say, and to whom

We study the market, the competition and your real customers. We define audiences, messages and the offer we're going to test.

  2. 02 · Design impact

    Creative built for testing

We produce pieces designed to compete with each other: different hooks, formats and tones. Photo, video, illustration and AI video.

  3. 03 · Publishing

The right channel at the right time

Every funnel stage has its platform. We publish on Meta, Google, TikTok and YouTube with a monthly media plan and a calendar delivered 7 days ahead.

  4. 04 · Optimization

    In real time

We read the data, switch off what isn't working and give more budget to what is. Continuous A/B tests on creative, audiences and landing pages.

  5. 05 · Sales follow-up

We follow the lead all the way to checkout

Leads flow into the CRM automatically. We measure response time and close rate, and send the sale back to the platform as a signal.

    • WhatsApp
    • Call center

    Scale what sells

With sales as the signal, platforms look for people similar to your customers. What we learn in this round is the starting point for the next.

02Growth hacking, explained

No hype.

Growth hacking means treating growth as a constant experiment, not a campaign you launch and pray for.

Every week, every account goes through the same cycle: a hypothesis, a single-variable test, measurement against sales and a decision. The winner gets scaled. The loser gets switched off without drama, and we write down what we learned.

It isn't buying followers or copying the latest viral trick. If a tactic doesn't produce a measurable sale, to us it isn't growth.

Every test ends in a decision. Win or lose, what we learn feeds the next hypothesis.

With Los Defensores we tested creative by state and messaging for three different Hispanic audiences. In three months, cost per lead dropped 45%. See the case

03Our secret

Sales,not leads.

The problem is rarely the lead. It's the follow-up.

Most campaigns tell the platform that a completed form is a success, and the platform brings completed forms. We teach it what a sale is, and fix everything that happens between the form and checkout.

  • 01

    Mystery shopping

Before touching a campaign, we buy like a customer. We measure how long the reply takes, through which channel and where the conversation falls apart.

  • 02

    Pre-qualified within a minute

Automatic pre-qualifying replies within a minute and a handoff to a sales rep within 15 minutes when the lead is ready. Campaigns run when someone is there to answer.

  • 03

    Landing pages that qualify

Step-by-step landing pages that ask one thing at a time and hand the rep a well-sorted lead, with the conversation ready to continue on WhatsApp.

  • 04

    Sales as the signal

The connected CRM sends every sale back to Meta and Google. The platforms stop looking for browsers and start looking for customers.

That's how we've worked with Megacable from the start. Their ROAS has kept growing ever since. Read more

04The funnel

Every stage,its own channel.

Not all budget is chasing the same thing. We split investment by stage, each with its own platforms and metric, and measure every stage against what it has to achieve.

Remarketing closes the loop: it speaks again to people who already watched a video, visited the landing page or wrote on WhatsApp, which is where the sale is closest.

Content, paid media and SEO are not three services: they are three parts of the same system, and each one makes the other two better.

Three parts,one system.

Many brands have one agency for social, another for paid media and an SEO consultant. Each reports on its own piece and nobody sees the whole picture.

With one team, pieces that perform organically on social move into paid media, the searches that sell guide SEO and AEO, and people's real questions become content.

06The first days

Urgent things first,then the details.

  1. Day 1

    Measurement

Account access, pixels, Conversions API, UTMs and CRM connection. From this day on, everything is measured.

  2. First weeks

    Audit

We review campaigns, creative, landing pages and the sales process, mystery shopping included. We find what's urgent.

  3. When the audit wraps up

    Plan

Strategy, the month's media plan and content calendar. Urgent things get fixed first; the rest, in order.

  4. Every month

    The cycle

Real-time optimization, a monthly report and a new plan built on what we learned. And so on, month after month.

07The working rhythm

You always knowwhat's happening.

Every week

  • A 30-minute meeting with results and next steps.
  • Campaign optimization in real time, every day.
  • New A/B tests running.

Every month

  • Content calendar delivered 7 days ahead.
  • Media plan with budget by stage.
  • Results meeting measured against sales, not likes.

Always

  • Pre-qualification within a minute on comments and messages, with automatic replies.
  • Handoff to sales within 15 minutes when the lead is ready.
  • Leads flowing automatically into your CRM.
